The Amesbury Redhawks football squad scored 48 points and restricted the host Cohasset Skippers to 28 in the Redhawks non-league victory on Friday.

The Redhawks now possess a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newburyport for a Cape Ann battle on Thursday, November 23. Amesbury will play a Clippers squad coming off a 37-0 non-league loss to Foxborough (Foxborough, MA). The Clippers record now stands at 8-2.

Coming up next, the Skippers play the Hull Pirates (Hull, MA) in a South Shore - Tobin battle, on Thursday, November 23. Cohasset will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Pirates enter the battle with a 3-5 record after their 44-21 non-league loss to Wareham (Wareham, MA).
