The Stratford Spartans football squad scored 49 points and restricted the host George Ranch Longhorns to 34 in the Spartans non-league victory on Friday.

The Spartans now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Summer Creek for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 25. Stratford will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 42-0 non-league win over Clear Creek (League City, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-1.
