Maryland High School Football - Wise knocks off Walter Johnson

November 17, 2023: Upper Marlboro, MD 20772

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Wise Pumas (Upper Marlboro, MD) and the visiting Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD), observed Wise's football squad thwart Walter Johnson by a count of 42-14.

The Pumas now own a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to Eleanor Roosevelt for a non-league contest on Friday, November 24. Wise will play a Raiders squad coming off a 30-28 non-league win over Old Mill (Millersville, MD). The Raiders record now stands at 10-2.
