Texas High School Basketball - Cayuga crushes Mercy Prep Academy

Cayuga Wildcats (Cayuga, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mercy Prep Academy Royals (Waxahachie, TX), 40-3 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cayuga upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Buffalo (Buffalo, TX) to clash with the Bison in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 18. The Bison go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Buffalo lost 39-36 in their recent non-league bout against Trinity Christian Academy (Paris, TX)

Next up, the Royals clash with the Trinity Christian Academy Warriors (Paris, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 17. Mercy Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 49-32 non-league win over CHAAMP HomeSchool (Mt. Pleasant, TX).
