The Grand Isle Trojans basketball team (Grand Isle, LA), was overwhelmed 57-20 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Phoenix Spartans (Braithwaite, LA)
The Spartans now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host East St. John for a non-league battle on Monday, November 20. Phoenix will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 48-31 non-league win over Episcopal (Baton Rouge, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.
The Trojans (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Covenant Christian Academy (Houma, LA). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record.
