University Prep Jaguars (Victorville, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Granite Hills Cougars (Apple Valley, CA), 51-26 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, University Prep upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Riverside Prep (Oro Grande, CA) to play the Silver Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 18. The Silver Knights come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Riverside Prep lost 57-34 in their recent non-league bout against Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA)

Next up, the Cougars play the Apple Valley Sun Devils (Apple Valley, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 30. Granite Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
