Mills University Studies Comets (Little Rock, AR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Maumelle Charter Falcons (Maumelle, AR), 49-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mills University Studies upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Comets host Robinson (Little Rock, AR) to play the Senators in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Senators go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Robinson won 46-44 in their recent non-league bout against Des Arc (Des Arc, AR)

Next up, the Falcons play the Dover Pirates (Dover, AR) in a 3A Region 5 bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Maumelle Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record.
