The Van Vleck Leopards basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Palacios Sharks to 37 in the Leopards non-league victory on Friday.

The Leopards now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbia for a non-league contest on Monday, November 20. Van Vleck will battle a Roughnecks team coming off a 48-42 non-league loss to Tidehaven (El Maton, TX). The Roughnecks record now stands at 1-6.

The Sharks (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against East Bernard (East Bernard, TX). The Brahmas come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record.
