California High School Basketball - Valley View nips Palm Desert

November 17, 2023: Moreno Valley, CA 92555

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Valley View Eagles (Moreno Valley, CA) and the visiting Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA), saw Valley View's basketball squad hold off Palm Desert by a tally of 48-42.

With the victory, Valley View improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Arlington (Riverside, CA) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 28. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Aztecs play the Elsinore Tigers (Wildomar, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 21. Palm Desert will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 50-41 non-league win over Temecula Prep (Winchester, CA).
