Utah High School Basketball - Wayne trounces Tintic

The Wayne Badgers (Bicknell, UT) basketball crushed the visiting Tintic Miners (Eureka, UT), 54-27 in Friday's non-league test.

The Badgers (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Monticello (Monticello, UT). The Buckaroo go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Monticello was trounced by Bryce Valley (Tropic, UT), 43-26, in a non-league test.

The Miners now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Panguitch for a non-league test on Saturday, November 18. Tintic will encounter a Bobcats squad coming off a 54-32 non-league win over Whitehorse (Montezuma Creek, UT). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-0.
