California High School Basketball - Taft can't hold off Foothill

The Foothill Trojans basketball team scored 15 points and restricted the visiting Taft Wildcats to 8 in the Trojans non-league victory on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Independence for a non-league contest on Monday, December 11.

The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Shafter (Shafter, CA). The Generals come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Shafter was nudged by Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA), 33-23, in a non-league contest.
