Highlands Christian Knights (Pompano Beach, FL) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Somerset Academy Key Lions (Deerfield Beach, FL), 6-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, November 20. Highlands Christian will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Chiefs enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, FL).
The Lions now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Somerset Prep for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 12.
