In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Hoke County Bucks basketball team scored a big 53-23 win over the Ascend Leadership Aviators.

The Bucks (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
