The Amarillo Sandies (Amarillo, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Westlake Chaparrals (Austin, TX), 62-54 in Friday's non-league test.
The Sandies (6-0) will now prepare for their test against Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX). The Bobcat go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record.
The Chaparrals now own a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Coppell for a non-league test on Saturday, November 19. Westlake will encounter a Cowboys squad coming off a 64-46 non-league win over Bell (Hurst, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 5-1.
