The Bigelow Panthers basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Mayflower Eagles to 42 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wonderview for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 26.

The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Episcopal (Little Rock, AR). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Episcopal ran past Sheridan (Sheridan, AR), 61-58, in a non-league contest.
