LaGrange Gators (Lake Charles, LA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bunkie Panthers (Bunkie, LA), 63-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, LaGrange upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Sulphur (Sulphur, LA) to play the Golden Tors in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Golden Tors come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Sulphur won 89-42 in their recent non-league bout against Northside Christian (Crowley, LA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Oakdale Warriors (Oakdale, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Bunkie will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
