The Virginia Episcopal School Bishops basketball team (Lynchburg, VA), was routed 68-41 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC)

The Cougars now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cox Mill for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 19. Cannon will battle a Chargers team coming off a 85-72 non-league loss to Hopewell (Huntersville, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 0-1.

The Bishops (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA). The Saints come into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
