The McMullen County Cowboys basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Knippa Crushers to 33 in the Cowboys non-league victory on Friday.
The Cowboys now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Charlotte for a non-league contest on Monday, November 21. McMullen County will battle a Trojans team coming off a 58-53 non-league win over Nordheim (Nordheim, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 1-0.
The Crushers (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against La Pryor (La Pryor, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
