    • Texas High School Basketball - Midland Christian nudges Alpine

    November 18, 2022: Alpine, TX 79830

    In Friday's non-league outing, the Midland Christian Mustangs (Midland, TX) basketball squad edged the host Alpine Bucks (Alpine, TX), by a count of 32-26.

    The Mustangs (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Permian (Odessa, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Permian was tipped by Coronado (Lubbock, TX), 68-29, in a non-league outing.

    The Bucks now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Buena Vista for a non-league outing on Monday, November 21. Alpine will clash with a Longhorns squad coming off a 49-19 non-league loss to Irion County (Mertzon, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 2-1.
