Anthony Wayne Generals (Whitehouse, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wauseon Indians (Wauseon, OH), 70-45 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Anthony Wayne upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Generals host Southview (Sylvania, OH) to play the Cougars in a Northern Lakes bout on Tuesday, November 22. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Southview won 41-23 in their recent non-league bout against Clay (Oregon, OH)

Next up, the Indians play the Delta Panthers (Delta, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Wauseon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
