Calico Rock Pirates (Calico Rock, AR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mountain Home Christian Academy Eagles (Mountain Home, AR), 65-20 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Calico Rock upgrades its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Pirates host McGehee (McGehee, AR) to play the Owls in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Owls come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Eagles play the Flippin Bobcats (Flippin, AR) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 28. Mountain Home Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
