The Dermott Rams (Dermott, AR) basketball knocked off the visiting Rison Wildcats (Rison, AR), 49-38 in Friday's non-league test.
The Rams (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Drew Central (Monticello, AR). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Drew Central notched a victory over Parkers Chapel (El Dorado, AR), 44-41, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Centerpoint for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 29.
