Ohio High School Basketball - Madison tops Dixie

Madison Mohawks (Middletown, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH), 53-42 in a non-league battle.
The Mohawks now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waynesville for a Southwestern Buckeye - East battle on Saturday, January 14.
The Greyhounds (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Newton Local (Pleasant Hill, OH). The Indians come into the Western Ohio battle with a 0-0 record.
