Texas High School Basketball - McMullen County crushes Knippa

November 18, 2022: Knippa, TX 78870

McMullen County Cowboys (Tilden, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Knippa Crushers (Knippa, TX), 48-8 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McMullen County upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cowboys host Charlotte (Charlotte, TX) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Charlotte won 54-20 in their recent non-league bout against Nordheim (Nordheim, TX)

In their next game, the Crushers face the Sabinal Yellowjackets (Sabinal, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, November 22. Knippa will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the game with a 2-0 record after their 33-20 non-league win over Utopia (Utopia, TX).
