North Carolina High School Basketball - Tabernacle Christian can't hold off Alexander Central

The Alexander Central Cougars basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Tabernacle Christian Conquerors to 44 in the Cougars non-league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Gaston for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 29.
The Conquerors (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Union Grove Christian (Lexington, NC). The Patriots come into the contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Union Grove Christian edged Rockwell Christian School (Rockwell, NC), 40-34, in a league contest.
