In Saturday's non-league outing, the Vincent Memorial Scots (Calexico, CA) basketball squad nipped the visiting Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA), by a margin of 56-52.
The Scots (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Calipatria (Calipatria, CA). The Hornets go into the non-league outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Calipatria got by Palo Verde Valley (Blythe, CA), 55-42, in a non-league outing.
