Mansfield Summit Jaguars (Arlington, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lake Highlands Wildcats (Dallas, TX), 55-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mansfield Summit upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Keller (Keller, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 18. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Keller lost 81-66 in their recent non-league bout against King (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Wylie Pirates (Wylie, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 20. Lake Highlands will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 61-53 non-league loss to Lufkin (Lufkin, TX).
