The Lanier Voks (San Antonio, TX) basketball nipped the visiting LBJ Austin Jaguars (Austin, TX), 45-39 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Voks (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Seguin (Seguin, TX). The Matadors go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Seguin got by Young Men's Leadership Academy (San Antonio, TX), 82-28, in a non-league test.
The Jaguars now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Cedar Ridge for a non-league test on Monday, November 20. LBJ Austin will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 67-63 non-league win over Hutto (Hutto, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 1-2.
