The Calhoun City Wildcats basketball team scored 12 points and held the visiting Aberdeen Bulldogs to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Houlka for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Calhoun City will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 38-33 non-league loss to Smithville (Smithville, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-6.
The Bulldogs (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hatley (Amory, MS). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Hatley was defeated by Pine Grove (Ripley, MS), 54-45, in a non-league contest.
