Paris Tigers (Paris, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Champaign Central Maroons (Champaign, IL), 51-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Paris upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to St. Joseph-Ogden (St. Joseph, IL) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 0-1. St. Joseph-Ogden lost 48-41 in their recent non-league bout against Pleasant Plains (Pleasant Plains, IL)

Next up, the Maroons clash with the Morton Potters (Morton, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 24. Champaign Central will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Potters come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 69-61 non-league loss to Peoria Notre Dame (Peoria, IL).
