Christ Our Rock Lutheran Silver Stallions (Centralia, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Pana Panthers (Pana, IL), 41-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Christ Our Rock Lutheran upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Silver Stallions travel to Gillespie (Gillespie, IL) to clash with the Miners in a non-league bout on Friday, November 24. The Miners go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Gillespie won 59-29 in their recent non-league bout against Okaw Valley (Bethany, IL)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Richland County Tigers (Olney, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 24. Pana will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 55-43 non-league loss to Mattoon (Mattoon, IL).
