Alabama High School Basketball - Clarke County can't hold off Cornerstone

The Cornerstone Eagles basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Clarke County Bulldogs to 43 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rain for a non-league contest on Monday, November 20. Cornerstone will battle a Red Raiders team coming off a 60-32 non-league loss to Daphne (Daphne, AL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 0-3.

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Gulf Shores (Gulf Shores, AL). The Dolphins enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Gulf Shores nudged Oneonta (Oneonta, AL), 63-18, in a non-league contest.
