Midland Classical Academy Knights (Midland, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Keene Chargers (Keene, TX), 45-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Midland Classical Academy upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Seminole (Seminole, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 6-3. Seminole won 54-48 in their recent non-league bout against Estacado (Lubbock, TX)

Next up, the Chargers play the Alvarado Indians (Alvarado, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 20. Keene will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Indians come into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 46-37 non-league loss to Connally (Waco, TX).
