Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Moline Maroons (Moline, IL), 65-39 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sycamore upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 29. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Neuqua Valley lost 49-43 in their recent non-league bout against Yorkville (Yorkville, IL)

Next up, the Maroons play the Geneseo Maple Leafs (Geneseo, IL) in a Western Big 6 bout, on Tuesday, November 21. Moline will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
