Montwood Rams (El Paso, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Irvin Rockets (El Paso, TX), 34-13 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Montwood upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Rams host Socorro (El Paso, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-0.

Next up, the Rockets play the Bowie Bears (El Paso, TX) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Irvin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
