The Arvin Bears (Arvin, CA) basketball felled the visiting Kern Valley Broncs (Lake Isabella, CA), 38-27 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bears (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Boron (Boron, CA). The Bobcats go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Boron was beaten by Antelope Valley (Lancaster, CA), 70-10, in a non-league test.
The Broncs now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Mammoth for a test on Friday, December 15.
