Berkshire Badgers (Burton, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Aurora Greenmen (Aurora, OH), 28-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Berkshire upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Badgers travel to Harding (Fairport Harbor, OH) to play the Skippers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Skippers come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Greenmen play the Nordonia Knights (Macedonia, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 22. Aurora will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
