The Westerners now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Wylie for a non-league game on Friday, November 22. Lubbock will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 60-32 non-league win over Midland (Midland, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Andrews falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Canyon (Canyon, TX) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, November 22. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-2.
