Creekview Mustangs (Carrollton, TX) backers went home thrilled Tuesday as they saw their basketball team thwart the host Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers (Frisco, TX), 52-41 in a non-league contest.

The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against ILTexas Arlington (Arlington, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, ILTexas Arlington was toppled by Saginaw (Saginaw, TX), 81-41, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Trail Blazers confront the Southwest Raiders (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, November 20. Lebanon Trail will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 54-47 non-league win over Brock (Brock, TX).
