North Carolina High School Basketball - Hickory Ridge tipped by Independence

November 18, 2025: Harrisburg, NC 28075

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad got by the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC), by a tally of 74-71.

The Patriots now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Minor for a non-league bout on Saturday, November 22. Independence will play a Tigers team coming off a 78-76 non-league loss to Wenonah (Birmingham, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Hickory Ridge falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Ragin' bulls travel to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, November 21. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Lake Norman won 74-46 in their recent non-league bout against Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC)
