Tennessee High School Basketball - Colbert County overwhelmed by Lawrence County

In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Lawrence County Wildcats (Lawrenceburg, TN) basketball team crushed the visiting Colbert County Indians (Leighton, AL), by a tally of 70-37.

The Wildcats now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Riverdale for a non-league bout on Thursday, November 20. Lawrence County will play a Warriors team coming off a 67-42 non-league loss to Summit (Spring Hill, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Colbert County falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Belgreen (Russellville, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, November 21. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Belgreen won 62-48 in their recent non-league bout against Haleyville (Haleyville, AL)
