Lehi Pioneers (Lehi, UT) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Cyprus Pirates (Magna, UT), 62-7 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Lehi upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Pioneers host Riverton (Riverton, UT) to face the Silverwolves in a non-league match on Friday, November 21. The Silverwolves enter the match with a record of 0-0.

The Pirates now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weber for a non-league match on Wednesday, November 19.

Game summary: As you can see, this was no contest from the beginning. The girls played great and had no trouble in this game. All 18 girls got playing time and 9 of them scored points. With more challenging games coming up we can get a better idea of how good Lehi can be this year.
