In Tuesday's non-league test, the United Longhorns (Laredo, TX) basketball team crushed the host Nixon Mustangs (Laredo, TX), by a tally of 75-25.
The Longhorns now possess a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Hitchcock for a non-league bout on Thursday, November 20. United will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 66-62 non-league win over Christian Homeschool Sports Ministries (Spring, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Nixon falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Vela (Edinburg, TX) to encounter the Sabercats in a non-league test on Wednesday, November 26. The Sabercats go into the bout with a record of 6-1.
