Jesuit Blue Jays (New Orleans, LA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Benjamin Franklin Falcons (New Orleans, LA), 59-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Jesuit upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Blue Jays host Northshore (Slidell, LA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 30. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Northshore won 58-39 in their recent non-league bout against Saraland (Saraland, AL)

Next up, the Falcons play the Reed Olympians (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Benjamin Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
