Blue Ridge Tigers (Blue Ridge, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Chisum Mustangs (Paris, TX), 39-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Blue Ridge upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Tigers host Prince of Peace (Carrollton, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Prince of Peace lost 70-64 in their recent non-league bout against Grapevine Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Bonham Warriors (Bonham, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Chisum will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 55-36 non-league win over S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX).
