Cedar Grove Saints (Ellenwood, GA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Miller Grove Wolverines (Lithonia, GA), 40-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cedar Grove upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Saints travel to Dutchtown (Hampton, GA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, November 28. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Dutchtown lost 47-40 in their recent non-league bout against Etowah (Woodstock, GA)

Next up, the Wolverines clash with the Columbia Eagles (Decatur, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Miller Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 51-40 non-league win over Marietta (Marietta, GA).
