Texas High School Basketball - Grapevine can't hold off Little River Academy

The Little River Academy Bumblebees basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Grapevine Mustangs to 48 in the Bumblebees non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bumblebees now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salado for a non-league contest on Monday, November 21. Little River Academy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 57-55 non-league loss to Manor (Manor, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-2.
The Mustangs (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Northwest (Justin, TX). The Texans enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Northwest nudged Shoemaker (Killeen, TX), 45-42, in a non-league contest.
