Indian Lake Lakers (Lewistown, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers (Waynesfield, OH), 64-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Indian Lake upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Lakers travel to Bellefontaine (Bellefontaine, OH) to clash with the Chieftains in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 23. The Chieftains go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Bellefontaine lost 47-25 in their recent non-league bout against West Liberty-Salem (West Liberty, OH)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Pandora-Gilboa Rockets (Pandora, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 22. Waynesfield-Goshen will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 64-23 league loss to Leipsic (Leipsic, OH).
