Georgia High School Basketball - Jefferson tops Upson-Lee

Jefferson Dragons (Jefferson, GA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA), 54-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Jefferson upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Dragons host Tallulah Falls (Tallulah Falls, GA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Tallulah Falls won 51-36 in their recent non-league bout against Denmark (Alpharetta, GA)

Next up, the Knights play the Denmark (Alpharetta, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Upson-Lee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 51-36 non-league loss to Tallulah Falls (Tallulah Falls, GA).
