Mississippi High School Basketball - McEvans overwhelmed by Walnut

The Walnut Wildcats basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the visiting McEvans Warriors to 22 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Pontotoc for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 29.

The Warriors (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against North Side (Shelby, MS). The Gators come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, North Side was routed by South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS), 56-17, in a non-league contest.
